Oakridge Community

Oakridge is a vibrant and thriving elementary school serving the Arlington Ridge, Aurora Hills, Crystal City, Long Branch Creek, and Pentagon City neighborhoods. Our students are truly fortunate to have access to a well-rounded, academically challenging traditional educational program at a school that provides a rich global experience—right in our neighborhood!

Our local Arlington community is extremely supportive and involved in Oakridge School.  Many local businesses, restaurants and hotels contribute to our school’s events, sponsor activities and donate to the school in numerous ways.  We are so fortunate to have a community volunteer program that is widely recognized as a model for neighborhood support and mentoring in schools.

Given Oakridge’s location close to D.C.’s embassies and the Pentagon, we have children from many other states and over 50 countries. This creates a truly unique and special place to learn in a wonderfully diverse community. Oakridge is proud of our cultural and global diversity, our strong and supportive community, and our lovely neighborhoods.
