It’s sure been windy! Be sure your learner has a jacket for outdoor recess! Feel free to write their name on the inside! https://t.co/6QA9pEPjgi

Next week we are beginning PALS reading assessments with all of our learners! We’ll get great information on where each learner is at and how to grow their abilities throughout the Fall and Winter! You can help by reading daily with your learner for 20 minutes. @APSLiteracy https://t.co/0bqa7SEqaM

Throughout the quarter we are strengthing our ability to count, read, and write 0 through 20. Help your learner practice writing these numbers at home! Count something and collect data! @APSMath https://t.co/s6sXczJjbQ

This week we learned that readers work hard to ensure that words they read match pictures, also that our characters sound like they should in voice & word choice! Model this with your learner by reading a familiar story wrong on purpose & ask them to correct you! @APSLiteracy https://t.co/4shYy0AwcX
